The client

33 Bedford Row is a leading common law set offering outstanding legal advice and advocacy in Civil, Criminal, Family, Immigration, and Regulatory law at all levels including work with an international element. They consist of over 70 independent specialist advocates including distinguished silks.

In 2017, PilotBean was selected to design and develop the new 33 Bedford Row website to be delivered using the PilotSite platform.

The problem

33 Bedford Row required a platform to allow them to acquire email addresses from current and potential clients who were interested in receiving updates.

The solution

ProLegalTech considered a variety of options to help 33 Bedford Row choose the most suitable option for their requirements.

Ultimately, MailChimp was the chosen solution as this provided the most flexible options with a low-cost entry point that could be scaled if required.

This solution also enabled PilotBean to use the embedded forms provided by MailChimp to integrate within their system while still allowing the form to be branded to fit in with the 33 Bedford Row design.
