Overview

The ProLegalTech Matter Sync Module acts as the integration backbone for legal document workflows.

It imports and maps client and matter data from your Practice Management System, passes that data into HotDocs Advance for structured document generation, and then routes finalised documents into the right destination systems.

The module can be deployed as part of the ProLegalTech Publisher Portal or used independently within wider workflow environments such as Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.

    Documents are created using approved templates and structured logic.
  4. Route completed documents to destination systems
    Finalised documents are automatically delivered to the appropriate platform for storage or further processing.

The result is a connected workflow from matter data through to document generation and final filing.
